Weekly Highlight

GOOD FRIDAy!

Tetelestai  -- The Greek word for "It is finished" which John records as the words of Christ on the cross. It also translates to "paid in full." Because of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, our debt is paid in full! “So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.” John 19:30

We hope you join us for our Good Friday services this year as we contemplate on the promises declared for you and I on the cross. Join us on April 18th at 12PM, 1:30PM, 4:30PM, and 6PM (children’s programming available at 4:30PM and 6PM). Please RSVP for Good Friday as space is limited.

Join us for breakfast with Bob this Sunday as he gives us an overview of the app, and then an interactive discussion on how we can use the app throughout our ministries, lives, and workplaces. BIBLE READING PLAN - INSIGHTS AND REFLECTIONS

We’ve been asking participants in the Bible Reading Plan to share what God has been teaching them, here is what Dee Thetford said:

“For me, the biggest takeaway from the books of Samuel is that God cares more about what’s in our hearts than how we appear on the outside. He honors faithfulness and humility, and resists pride and self-reliance. It’s a powerful reminder to trust in God's leadership over my own strength, knowing that His plans are always greater.”

GENEROSITY REPORT

〰️

GENEROSITY REPORT 〰️

Giving is the intentional spiritual practice of sharing one's resources, time and talents with others, motivated by love and obedience to God. This practice recognizes that all we have comes from God and serves as an expression of faith and gratitude. It fosters generosity and selflessness, benefiting both the giver and the recipient while reflecting God's heart in caring for others. As we work together to fulfill our mission in Green Bay, we want to keep you regularly informed about our financial journey.

Each week we will inform you of where we stand.

For the week of April 3rd • Total giving was $41,877

Would you continue to join us in praying for hearts to be opened to generosity within our community? As the German priest and theologian Martin Luther once said, “I have held many things in my hand, and have lost them all; but whatever I have placed in God’s hands that I still possess.” Thank you for your commitment and passion for our church!
